Complimentary Operational Health Check

The Complimentary Operational Health Check collects business and operational information supplied by the respondent in order to generate a high-level diagnostic result across Client Access, Process Flow, Capacity, Knowledge and AI Readiness.

Results may include an Operational Progress Score, five-domain breakdown, observations, a recommended priority and a recommended next step.

Health Check information may also be used to administer the diagnostic, deliver results, maintain appropriate records and respond to related enquiries.

Completing the Health Check does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted and where any required consent has been provided.

Guided Solutions

When you purchase a Guided Solution, ORCENVA uses the information you provide to understand the defined operational problem, review available evidence, identify relevant improvement opportunities and prepare personalized customer deliverables.

Information may also be used to determine whether material clarification is required, support quality review, deliver final PDF materials and conduct the 21-Day Review.

ORCENVA does not require customers to provide unnecessary confidential or sensitive information in order to receive a standard Guided Solution.

Automation & Artificial Intelligence

ORCENVA may use workflow automation, analytical tools and artificial intelligence to support activities such as organizing information, scoring, identifying patterns, structuring operational evidence, supporting analysis and preparing preliminary working materials.

Final customer-facing Guided Solution deliverables are subject to human review before delivery.

ORCENVA does not rely solely on artificial intelligence to make final customer-facing recommendations for paid Guided Solutions.

Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through ORCENVA forms or service processes, including where information may be processed using automation or artificial intelligence.

Shopify & Network Intelligence

The ORCENVA online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when visitors interact with the store, use Shopify-supported features or complete purchases.

ORCENVA currently uses Shopify Network Intelligence and related Shopify services. Where these services are enabled, Shopify may use customer information together with information from interactions with Shopify and other merchants to support enhanced services such as payment optimization, personalization, fraud prevention, marketing and advertising support, analytics and service improvement.

Information relating to activity on the ORCENVA store may therefore be shared with and processed by Shopify and service providers supporting these functions.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to object to or opt out of certain uses of personal information, including certain forms of targeted advertising or data sharing.

Where applicable, you may use ORCENVA's available cookie consent or data-sharing opt-out controls, or Shopify's Privacy Portal, to exercise certain choices relating to Shopify's processing.

For more information about how Shopify processes personal information and the privacy choices available to you, please review Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Portal.

Service Providers & Disclosure

ORCENVA may use third-party service providers to support website hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, forms, email, cloud storage, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, security and electronic delivery.

These providers may include Shopify, Microsoft and other providers reasonably required to operate ORCENVA services.

Personal information may be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary for them to provide services to ORCENVA or its customers, subject to applicable contractual, technical and legal safeguards.

ORCENVA may also disclose information where required by law, legal process or regulatory obligation, or where reasonably necessary to protect ORCENVA, customers, systems or legal rights.

ORCENVA does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, certain uses of information by ecommerce, advertising or technology providers may be treated as “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, legally required choices or opt-out mechanisms will be made available.

Cookies & Website Technologies

The ORCENVA website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain security, remember preferences, understand website activity, improve performance and support permitted marketing or advertising functions.

Where required, visitors may be provided with a cookie banner, consent controls or a data-sharing opt-out mechanism based on applicable location and privacy requirements.

Browser or device settings may also allow users to control certain cookies or tracking technologies, although disabling some technologies may affect website functionality.

Marketing & Service Communications

ORCENVA may send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and where any required consent has been obtained.

Marketing preferences may be changed or withdrawn using the unsubscribe method included in applicable marketing communications.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent ORCENVA from sending transactional or service communications reasonably required to process an order, administer a Guided Solution, provide requested results, respond to an enquiry or meet legal and administrative requirements.

International Processing & Storage

ORCENVA uses service providers that may process, transfer or store information outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where applicable providers operate. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction.

Security

ORCENVA uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled and the services provided.

No electronic transmission, cloud service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If ORCENVA becomes aware of a privacy or security incident involving personal information, the matter will be assessed and handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Retention

ORCENVA retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to administer customer relationships and service records, meet financial or legal requirements, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records and protect legitimate business interests.

Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized or otherwise securely disposed of where appropriate.
